Tennis rankings 2/16: Top 3 women's rankings begin to shake up
Last week, the women's tennis world held two tournaments: Proximus Diamond Games (Belgium) and Thailand Open (Thailand). Therefore, the WTA rankings announced this morning, February 16, have had certain changes in the top 20.

Most notably, Czech tennis player Petra Kvitova has moved up to world number 3, replacing Simona Halep. The player who just won the Proximus Diamond Games - Andrea Petkovic also moved up 2 places to world number 10. Petkovic's best ranking was seed 9 in October 2011.
