Experts offer new hope for heart failure patients.

Experts at the Chang Victor Cardiovascular Research Institute and the Weizmann Research Institute in Israel have recently discovered a new method capable of regenerating dead heart tissue, offering hope to patients with heart failure.

Professor Richard Harvey of the Chang Victor Institute said that while some cells can regenerate themselves, such as blood or skin cells, heart cells stop dividing shortly after birth. Therefore, once heart cells are damaged, they are permanently damaged.

However, according to experts, it is now possible to treat heart damage that occurs after each episode of heart failure.

Researchers focused on a particular hormone, then applied receptor-enhanced therapy and discovered that heart cells proliferated, increasing in number by up to 45%.

Professor Harvey affirmed that this discovery is a significant step forward in the field of cardiology, opening up prospects for realizing the dream of heart reconstruction in the future.
