Yesterday (February 25), the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) announced the best awards in Southeast Asia in 2012. According to information from AFF Vice President - Duong Vu Lam, Vietnamese football won 2 of the most important titles.

With the 2012 AFF Cup championship, the Vietnam women's team has become the best women's team in Southeast Asia. Contributing greatly to the return of the Vietnam women's team to the throne, goalkeeper Kieu Trinh won the award for the best female player in Southeast Asia.
