Localities and units thoroughly grasp and implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th term)

(Baonghean) -On April 19, Nghia Dan district held a conference for district-wide cadres to disseminate and implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th term).

At the conference, all key cadres from the district to the grassroots level were informed of the important contents of the 4th Conference of the Party Central Committee (11th term) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present". In addition to understanding 3 urgent issues that need to be focused on solving, the conference also approved the goals, mottos, 4 groups of solutions and the work to be done, and the responsibilities of all levels and sectors of Nghia Dan district in implementing the resolution.

In Nghi Loc district, the District Party Committee also organized to disseminate and implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee for key cadres throughout the district.

During the 1-day period, the trainees watched a VCD of the opening and closing speeches of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the National Cadre Conference, and were informed of the purpose, requirements, and basic content of the 4th Central Resolution on "Some urgent issues on Party building today". The conference also deployed the Plan of the Nghi Loc District Party Committee Standing Committee on studying and implementing the 4th Central Resolution, and deployed the Guidelines on the content of criticism and self-criticism of party organizations, cadres, and party members.

On April 18 and 19, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Logistics Department of Military Region 4 held a conference to disseminate and implement Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (11th Term) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present" for cadres and party members of affiliated agencies and units.

Accordingly, in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Logistics Department Party Committee will focus on directing all levels to disseminate and thoroughly understand to 100% of cadres, party members and the masses in the unit the importance of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee. Party committees and branches will organize self-criticism and criticism according to the 3 contents that Resolution 4 of the Central Committee has identified to clarify the responsibilities of the collective and each individual.

During April 18-19, the Organizing Committee of Thai Hoa City Party Committee held a conference to disseminate the Party Charter, regulations, and instructions on implementing the Party Charter (11th term) to the Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, and members of the Party Committee Standing Committee and Party Cells of 44 affiliated Party organizations.

Delegates were informed of the basic contents and new points of the Party Charter of the 11th tenure; Regulation No. 45-QD/TU dated November 1, 2011 of the Central Executive Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter, and Instruction No. 01-HD/TU dated January 5, 2012 of the Secretariat on a number of specific issues in implementing the Party Charter.
