Localities and units conduct reviews in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (Session XI)

(Baonghean) -On the morning of October 8, the Standing Committee of Vinh City Party Committee held a conference to review self-criticism and criticism of collectives and individuals according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) on "Some urgent issues in Party building at present". Implementing the instructions of the superior Party, Vinh City Party Committee has seriously prepared reports on the implementation of step 2 of review, criticism and self-criticism within the Party in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee. Accordingly, from the work of organizing research, dissemination to the action program, plan to implement the resolution; Asking for comments from collectives and individuals for the Standing Committee; Summarizing opinions; Building a report on the score of the collective and individuals of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has been carried out seriously, in accordance with the procedures and instructions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, in the spirit of looking straight at the truth and being open-minded.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized the importance of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee for the current Party building work. He noted that the Vinh City Party Committee should consider this an important political activity, aiming to successfully implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee, create real movement in the whole Party, promote the role and position of the Party in the new context. Regarding the content of the review, he requested that it is necessary to focus on reviewing 3 urgent issues on Party building mentioned in the resolution. The review process needs to be frank and objective with both the collective and comrades, avoiding the situation of being considerate, perfunctory, and cursory. Thereby, objectively assess the advantages and disadvantages; Deeply review the limitations, point out the causes and propose measures to overcome and correct in each field, each cadre. After reviewing, it is necessary to select urgent issues to solve and internally, we must be more united to successfully complete assigned political tasks, leading the city to develop more and more.

The Standing Committee of Quy Chau District Party Committee opened a conference to review collective and individual self-criticism according to the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee, Session XI "Some urgent issues on Party building at present". Comrade Nguyen Sy Hoi, member of the Standing Committee - Commander of the Provincial Military Command attended and directed the conference.

During the 4 days, the conference listened to the report on the implementation results of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee, the review report of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee according to the Resolution of the 4th Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee. The report synthesized the comments of grassroots party organizations, former district leaders and comments of provincial departments and branches. The report explained issues related to the responsibility of the collective and individual members of the Standing Committee. Reviewed each comrade in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and member of the Standing Committee.

Through this self-criticism and criticism review according to the 4th Central Resolution, the Standing Committee of the Quy Chau District Party Committee will propose a number of measures that need to be focused on leadership to promptly correct and overcome the limitations and shortcomings that were reviewed at the conference.

After the inspection, the provincial working group requested Con Cuong district to stop the collective review as planned, continue to improve the support team, supplement and complete the reports and explanations in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee.
