- On the morning of October 10, Do Luong district launched a campaign to support the people of Hoang Mai town affected by storm No. 10.
Immediately after the launch, district leaders, agencies, units and communes and towns voluntarily registered and supported a total of 180 million VND. This amount will be directly handed over by the District Fatherland Front Committee to support the people of Hoang Mai Town.

- GroupOfficials of Truong Thi Ward (Vinh City)came to give relief gifts to people in the flooded areas of Hoang Mai town. The delegation gave 30 million VND to Quynh Dy Ward Kindergarten and Quynh Vinh B Kindergarten each. The delegation also went to Quynh Trang, Quynh Loc communes and Quynh Dy ward to give 75 gifts to 75 families, each worth 500,000 VND, and also gave 100 new sets of clothes in Quynh Trang commune and burned incense for 2 families whose members died or went missing in the flood. The total amount of cash and relief gifts was over 139 million VND.

The delegation went to 6 communes and wards to give directly to people including Quynh Vinh, Quynh Trang, Quynh Thien, Quynh Xuan, Quynh Di and Mai Hung, each commune and ward gave 100 packages, each worth 500 thousand VND.
