Localities thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress

(Baonghean) -Nghi Loc District Party Committeejust held a conference to disseminate and study the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress for the entire Party Executive Committee, the team of cadres including secretaries and deputy secretaries of 70 grassroots party organizations, heads and deputy heads of departments, branches and the team of reporters at the district level.

During the two days, delegates were informed of four basic contents of the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Party. These are the Platform for national construction in the transitional period to socialism; Socio-economic development strategy for the 2011-2020 period; Political report of the 11th National Congress of the Party assessing the 2005-2010 term, directions and tasks for the 2010-2015 period; and the revised Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Along with the dissemination of the Resolution, Nghi Loc District Party Committee has developed a plan to implement the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Party. The plan includes 4 programs and projects on implementing the socio-economic development strategy for the 2011-2020 period, on implementing 3 breakthroughs of the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Party.

Con Cuong District Party CommitteeOrganize dissemination of documents of the 11th Party Congress to all cadres and teachers in the education sector. To facilitate learning and teaching, the district has divided into 3 clusters of classes for more than 1,300 cadres and teachers of 3 levels: secondary school, primary school and preschool.

Thanh Chuong District Party Committeehas just organized a training conference to disseminate the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress for all cadres, civil servants and employees in agencies and units located in the area. Up to this point, Thanh Chuong district has completed the study and dissemination of the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress among cadres, civil servants and employees and 27/40 localities have organized the study of this resolution.
