Quynh Luu District Youth Union identifies key tasks as strengthening the education of traditions and revolutionary ideals for youth union members; organizing activities to promote the creativity of young people; undertaking youth projects and tasks to join hands with the district in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; actively developing the local economy; implementing social security activities and protecting the environment; organizing free medicine distribution; for armed forces participating in administrative reform, building office culture, protecting national security...

In addition, Quynh Luu District Youth Union also requires Youth Union bases to implement activities that are widespread and must ensure absolute safety, practicality, and effectiveness, bringing positive values ​​to society.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the District Youth Union Standing Committee coordinated with the District Cultural Center to organize a cross-country race to celebrate the 88th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The race attracted more than 200 athletes from 33 communes and towns, competing in 4 events: girls under 16 years old running 2,500 m, boys under 16 years old running 3,000 m, girls 16 years old and older running 3,000 m, and boys 16 years old and older running 5,000 m. The race location is National Highway 48 from Quynh Ba commune to Quynh Ngoc commune.

At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize for the whole team, first prize for the male and female teams to Quynh Bang commune, second prize for Quynh My commune, and third prize for the whole team, male teams to Quynh Giang commune, and third prize for the female teams to Quynh Dien commune. At the same time, the first, second and third prizes in 4 categories were awarded to individuals with good running results./.

Right after the Youth Month launching ceremony, many meaningful activities took place such as: Starting the construction of a free playground for children in Ke Me village; planting 50 black star trees in the community house of the village; free haircuts for children and people of Ke Me village; giving gifts and cleaning up a single-parent household, giving 25 gifts to students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies in Mau Duc commune.

Meanwhile, in Nghia Dan district, the District Youth Union coordinated with Nghia An commune Youth Union to launch a youth project at the commune level in 2019.

With the theme "Youth volunteers for community life", the 2019 summer youth volunteer campaign in Nghia An commune attracted more than 75 local union members to participate in volunteer activities with specific actions and jobs such as: Building new rural areas including specific tasks such as building and repairing rural roads, dredging irrigation canals; Supporting youth in economic development and employment; participating in ensuring traffic safety; protecting the environment, preventing natural disasters and epidemics; taking care of community health; donating blood voluntarily and gratitude activities.

Previously, on the afternoon of March 2, Thai Hoa Town Youth Union also held a launching ceremony to respond to Youth Month 2019 by installing an integrated playground for children in Hamlet 2, Nghia Tien Commune.

After the launching ceremony, Thai Hoa Youth Union mobilized union members and youth to participate in the installation of an integrated playground including: flower garden, 4 swings, 1 single bar, 1 double bar and 2 air walkers on an area of ​​300m2. The project is estimated to cost over 15 million VND. With a spacious and airy space, the project is not only a place to serve the entertainment needs of children but also a place for neighbors to exercise to improve their health.
