(Baonghean) - On October 11, with a frank, sincere and constructive spirit, the Party Committee of the Department of Finance and the Provincial Statistics Office held a review conference in the spirit of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee "Some urgent issues on Party building at present".

According to the general assessment, the units have paid attention to organizing the collection of opinions on the self-criticism and criticism of the Party Executive Committee. The review report and the explanatory report were carefully prepared, closely following the 3 key contents stated in Resolution 4 of the Central Committee.

The review process is serious, demonstrating the spirit of seeking knowledge, looking straight at the truth, correctly assessing the truth, not being lenient or evasive in dissecting shortcomings, causes and pointing out remedial measures. At the same time, focusing on contributing opinions in the spirit of solidarity, reason and emotion, respecting the principle of democratic centralism; seriously reviewing in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee, helping the Party Committees of the units to improve their leadership and direction capacity; building a clean and strong Party organization.
