* Also on the evening of September 18,Standing Committee of Vinh City Youth UnionOrganized the program "Mid-Autumn Festival for Children" for children in Van Chai hamlet, Vinh Tan ward and Hong Son ward. Celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival with the children were representatives of the city leaders and 100 children of Van Chai hamlet.

The ceremony took place in a joyful and warm atmosphere, the children performed funny songs and dances such as "The fortune teller and the elephant", "Drum rice"... On this happy day for children, the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union gave meaningful gifts such as school bags, clothes, textbooks to 17 children with especially difficult circumstances living in the houses along Cua Tien bridge.
