ISON will be visible to the naked eye by the end of this summer through telescopes and binoculars. By the end of November and early December, ISON will be visible to the naked eye.

Meanwhile, the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) said that an asteroid of the same type as the object that caused the famous Tunguska explosion in Russia in 1908 will fly past Earth in 2013.

According to data on NASA's website published on February 26, this asteroid is named 2012 DA14.

According to NASA, it will travel about 26,900km from our planet on February 15, 2013, closer than satellites in geostationary orbit which are 35,700km from Earth.
