On July 25, Military Hospital 4 organized medical examinations, health consultations, provided medicine and gifts to policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions in Do Luong district.

The working group conducted a general examination, electrocardiogram, ultrasound, health consultation and provided a free medicine bag worth 200,000 VND for each person coming for a medical examination. On this occasion, Military Hospital 4 also presented 30 gifts to policy families, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and poor students who overcame difficulties to study well in the district, each gift worth 500,000 VND. The total amount for the medical examination and free medicine provision was more than 400 million VND.
On the same day, at the Martyrs' Memorial of Hung Loc Commune (Vinh City), the Working Group held an incense offering and candle lighting ceremony to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and to protect the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, on the afternoon of July 24, Nghe An Farmers' Association coordinated with the Provincial Border Guard Command, Farmers' Associations of Thanh Chuong and Nghi Loc districts to present 40 million VND to support house repairs for policy families whose children work at Nghe An Border Guard.

On this occasion, the Association presented 20 million VND to Mr. Nguyen Lam Trang's family in Thanh Tung commune, Thanh Chuong district. Mr. Trang is a family with revolutionary contributions, and has a son named Nguyen Lam Viet, who is currently working ati Thanh Thuy Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard); Awarded 20 million VND to support Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan's family in Long Xuan hamlet, Nghi Khanh commune, Nghi Loc district. Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan's family, a 3/4 war invalid, is a poor household. He himself is suffering from a serious illness and has a son working at Nam Can border guard station, Ky Son district.
The gifts show the affection of the Provincial Farmers' Association towards policy families, especially those whose children are performing the duty of protecting the sovereignty and border security of the Fatherland.

After nearly a year of construction, the Nam Dan district martyrs cemetery project has now been completed with the following items: Renovation and upgrading of the memorial house area, the monument area and the register house, the martyrs' grave area, the main road to the monument and main gate, the fence, the front garden, the garden area outside the fence and lighting with a total investment of more than 10 billion VND.
The above amount, in addition to the district budget and the district gratitude fund, also includes contributions from organizations, units, individuals inside and outside the district, and from Nam Dan children working and living across the country with an amount of more than 1.6 billion VND.
This is a project of extremely profound spiritual significance of the Party Committee, government and people of Nam Dan to pay tribute to the great contributions of the heroic martyrs of the district who sacrificed their lives in the resistance wars to protect the Fatherland./.

At the destinations, the delegation sent their warm regards to the families and expressed their deep gratitude for the contributions of wounded soldiers in the cause of national liberation.
On this occasion, the delegation also came to burn incense in memory of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Ha Thi Duc at Vinh Kim village, Hoa Son commune.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Vi Thi Quy (94 years old) in Dong Ban hamlet, Dong Hop commune, with two children, martyrs Vi Van Hoa and Vi Van Tam; Vietnamese Heroic Mother Truong Thi Thiep (99 years old) in Chat hamlet, Nghia Xuan commune, with two children, martyrs Nguyen Van Tuan and Nguyen Van Mac. Visited and presented gifts to Mrs. Vi Thi Ngoan, wife of a martyr in Nguong hamlet, Chau Cuong commune, and relatives of two families of martyrs in Tay Ho block, Quy Hop town.
Each gift is worth 500,000 VND, the amount saved and donated by the District Women's Union to show gratitude to heroic martyrs and policy beneficiaries, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.

On the morning of July 25, Nghia Dan District Medical Center organized a gift giving ceremony for war invalids working in the medical sector. On this occasion, the unit presented 3 gifts to war invalids Nguyen Duc Nhan and Cao Van Minh who are working at Nghia Trung Commune Medical Station and doctor Nguyen Van Phuc, the son of a martyr who is working at Nghia An Commune Medical Station. Each gift worth 500,000 VND was taken from the unit's savings.

* Morning of July 25,Quynh Doi and Quynh Luu communesheld the inauguration ceremony of the Heroic Monument of Cu Chinh Lan. The project was started to honor the comrades who heroically sacrificed for the revolutionary cause of the generals and senior officials who were children of Quynh Doi, Nghe An, Ha Tinh.

The memorial stele is designed with two stone slabs with a scale of 1/20, 3.7m high; 1m wide, 0.4m thick, taken from Thanh Hoa stone mountain, with a sculpture on one side simulating the portrait of Hero Cu Chinh Lan and the image of him jumping onto an enemy tank holding a smoking grenade in his hand, preparing to put it into the engine compartment of the enemy tank; one slab depicts his comrades fighting with him on the battlefield. The project was designed and built by businesses under the Ministry of National Defense, currently working and retired, to pay tribute.
At the ceremony, the generals presented the Quynh Doi Commune Gratitude Fund with the remaining money from the project. Thanh Nam Construction, Trade and Service Joint Stock Company donated and replaced all the worship items on the altar of Heroic Martyr Cu Chinh Lan at his family's house. Painter Do Thanh Phien presented the Commune Traditional House with a relief of his portrait.
