- Driving a vehicle that has exceeded its usage period in traffic for vehicles with regulations on usage period (except for cars with 10 seats or more used for passenger transport business with usage period exceeding the regulations on business conditions of the registered business form but not more than 20 years from the year of manufacture, cars with less than 10 seats used for passenger transport business).

- Driving vehicles manufactured or assembled in violation of regulations on traffic (except for cars with 10 seats or more used for passenger transport business with a usage period exceeding the business conditions of the registered business form but not more than 20 years from the year of manufacture, cars with less than 10 seats used for passenger transport business).

- Driving a vehicle without a vehicle registration certificate as prescribed or using an expired vehicle registration certificate. Specifically, in the case where the driver does not have a vehicle registration certificate or uses a vehicle registration certificate not issued by a competent authority, does not match the vehicle's chassis number or engine number or has been erased without being able to prove the origin of the vehicle.
