Traffic violations that result in permanent confiscation of cars

For vehicle drivers

- Driving a vehicle that has exceeded its usage period in traffic for vehicles with regulations on usage period (except for cars with 10 seats or more used for passenger transport business with usage period exceeding the regulations on business conditions of the registered business form but not more than 20 years from the year of manufacture, cars with less than 10 seats used for passenger transport business).

- Driving vehicles manufactured or assembled in violation of regulations on traffic (except for cars with 10 seats or more used for passenger transport business with a usage period exceeding the business conditions of the registered business form but not more than 20 years from the year of manufacture, cars with less than 10 seats used for passenger transport business).

- Driving a vehicle without a vehicle registration certificate as prescribed or using an expired vehicle registration certificate. Specifically, in the case where the driver does not have a vehicle registration certificate or uses a vehicle registration certificate not issued by a competent authority, does not match the vehicle's chassis number or engine number or has been erased without being able to prove the origin of the vehicle.

- In case there is no vehicle registration certificate or the vehicle registration certificate is not issued by a competent authority, does not match the vehicle's chassis number or engine number, or is erased without being able to prove the origin of the vehicle.

- Illegal car racing.

Error of permanent car confiscation for vehicle owner

- Arbitrarily cutting, welding, or re-punching the chassis number or engine number; putting a vehicle with the chassis number or engine number cut, welded, or re-punched against regulations on the road.

- Using vehicles that are past their expiration date on the road.

- Using a vehicle in one of the following cases to participate in traffic without being able to prove the origin of the vehicle: Not having a vehicle registration certificate or having one but not issued by a competent authority; Using a vehicle registration certificate with an incorrect chassis number or engine number.

- Convert other cars into passenger cars.

- Arbitrarily cutting, welding, or re-punching the chassis number or engine number; putting a vehicle with the chassis number or engine number cut, welded, or re-punched against regulations on the road.
