Besides the top names in the Vietnamese fashion industry such as Cong Tri, Adrian Anh Tuan, Hoang Hai, Li Lam… international designers are also interesting “unknowns” of the biggest fashion event in Vietnam.
Designers Livia Stoianova and Yassen Samouilov, the "soul" of the French brand On Aura Tout Vu, were very touched by the warm welcome from the organizers at Tan Son Nhat airport.
The two designers will present their signature collections tomorrow (December 2), the same day as Vietnamese designer Hoang Hai and a Thai brand. Before joining On Aura Tout Vu, Yassen Samouilov worked for a fashion trend consultancy and developed accessories and ready-to-wear collections.
This afternoon, the designer behind the famous Thai brand ISSUE, Roj Singhakul, was also present with his colleagues. The free and liberal fashion style is the highlight of Roj's design art.
In addition, one of the most sought-after designers in Singapore, Frederick Lee (brand of the same name), is also in Ho Chi Minh City and is rushing to make final preparations before launching his collection to the domestic fashion-loving public on December 3.
Along with the first group of designers to come to Vietnam, Ms. Emily Hwang, Vice President of the Asian Couture Federation.
So, after a long wait, domestic fashionistas will enjoy the biggest fashion party ever, with the most special collections of brands and talented fashion designers from around the world and Vietnam, from December 1-6, at GEM Center, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
