Roads closed today April 25 for April 30 parade rehearsal

On April 21, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department announced a plan to ban and restrict traffic on many routes to serve the preparation for the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation Day on April 30, 2025.

- Ba Son bridge area, from Thu Duc city to district 1 (from the intersection of D6 + R12);

- Nguyen Binh Khiem Street area (section from Nguyen Dinh Chieu to Nguyen Huu Canh);

- Dinh Tien Hoang (section from Nguyen Dinh Chieu to Le Duan);

- Ton Duc Thang street area (Le Duan section to the turning point before 37 Ton Duc Thang);

- Mac Dinh Chi street area (section from Tran Cao Van to Nguyen Du);

- Hai Ba Trung route (section from Vo Van Tan to Ly Tu Trong);

- Pham Ngoc Thach (section from Turtle Lake Roundabout to Notre Dame Cathedral);

- Pasteur (section from Vo Van Tan to Ly Tu Trong);

- Nam Ky Khoi Nghia (section from Vo Van Tan to Ly Tu Trong);

- Truong Dinh (section from Vo Van Tan to Ly Tu Trong);

- Nguyen Du (section from Ton Duc Thang to Cach Mang Thang 8 street);

- Nguyen Thi Minh Khai (from Nguyen Binh Khiem to August Revolution).

In addition, many routes located within the area limited by the above-mentioned main routes such as Le Duan, Nguyen Van Chiem, Le Quy Don, Huyen Tran Cong Chua, Le Van Huu, Han Thuyen, Alexandre De Rhodes, Cong Xa Paris, Dang Tran Con, Thu Khoa Huan, Nguyen Trung Truc and Dong Khoi will also be temporarily suspended to serve the organization work.

The rehearsal is scheduled to take place from 8pm to 11pm on April 25 on Le Duan Street. People are advised to take other routes to avoid traffic jams during this time.
