The end for 2 young men who escaped quarantine and beat the police
On February 8, the police agency is completing the case file against Pham Van Thuan (born 1975) and Tran Van Hung (born 1982) for the act of "Resisting people on official duty".
At noon on February 7, at the Da Vach bridge quarantine checkpoint in Mao Khe ward, Dong Trieu town, the authorities discovered a pickup truck with license plate number 14C – 134.74 intending to turn to Kinh Mon, Hai Duong. The driver, Pham Van Thuan (Vinh Tuy 2 area, Mao Khe ward, Dong Trieu town) carrying Mr. Tran Van Hung (in Trung Vuong, Uong Bi) requested to pass through.pinDa Vach in the direction of Mao Khe to Kinh Mon, Hai Duong.

The force on duty at the checkpoint explained the implementation of the province and town's directive not to allow people and vehicles to enter or exit Dong Trieu town, and asked drivers to turn back.
Afterwards, the authorities discovered that the above vehicle had taken another route from the Tan Viet Bac urban area's service road, arbitrarily removed the barrier of this area onto Da Vach bridge, and was stopped by the task force on the bridge.
However, the two people in the car did not comply and resisted. Driver Pham Van Thuan punched comrade Pham Duc Tien, an officer of the Road and Railway Traffic Police Department, in the face, causing a nosebleed. The forces at the checkpoint subdued the two subjects.

At Mao Khe Ward Police Station, Pham Van Thuan confessed to drinking alcohol but did not comply with the request to blow the whistle.alcohol concentrationof the traffic police force.
The Road and Railway Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police then handed over the above two cases to Dong Trieu Town Police for handling according to the provisions of law.
