Arguing at a wedding, an 8X man pulled out a gun and shot someone dead.
Having a conflict at a wedding, Mr. Phuc and Mr. H made an appointment to meet in an empty lot to resolve it. There, Mr. Phuc shot Mr. H to death.
Quang Ninh Provincial Police said the incident occurred at 11:30 a.m. on March 28 in Phong Hai Ward, Quang Yen Town.
Accordingly, Mr. Pham Van Phuc (born in 1983, residing in group 3, zone 7, Cao Xanh ward, Ha Long city) and Mr. NVH (born in 1982, residing in zone 1, Phong Hai ward, Quang Yen town) ate together at a wedding in Phong Hai ward.
At that time, Mr. Phuc and Mr. H had an accident.conflict. The two men made an appointment to meet at an empty lot under the Song Chanh overpass on the Ha Long - Hai Phong highway to settle the matter. There, Mr. Phuc pulled out a lead-shot pistol and shot Mr. H. The victim collapsed on the spot, then Mr. Phuc drove away from the scene.
Seeing that, people took Mr. H to Bai Chay General Hospital for emergency treatment, but the injury was so severe that the victim died.
At 12:30 on the same day, the police arrested Mr. Phuc and continued to investigate to handle him according to the law.
