Pawn motorbike to sell fireworks

(Baonghean.vn) -On January 3, the Nghe An Police Department of Investigation of Crimes on Economic Management Order and Positions arrested 2 subjects transporting and trading 36kg of illegal fireworks.

The two arrested subjects are Truong Xuan Phong (born in 1988) and Chu Sy Hung (born in 1970), both residing in Dien Truong Commune, Dien Chau, Nghe An. The seized evidence includes 8 firecrackers, 500 firecrackers and 2 motorbikes. Truong Xuan Phong was arrested by the Police Department investigating crimes related to economic management and position while transporting the above firecrackers for sale.

According to initial statements, Truong Xuan Phong and Hoang Van Dieu (born in 1990), residing in Dien Van commune, Dien Chau district, bought firecrackers from Chu Sy Hung to sell for profit, but due to lack of money, they pawned their motorbike to get 8 firecrackers and bought 500 more firecrackers from Chu Ba. Knowing that Phong and Hung were arrested, Hoang Van Dieu and Chu Ba fled.

Currently, the Nghe An Police Department of Investigation of Crimes on Economic Management Order and Positions is expanding the case and hunting for the remaining two suspects./.
