Road closure for Cross-Country Race for community health

(Baonghean) - Considering the request in Official Dispatch No. 464/SVHTTDL - NVTT dated March 11, 2014 of the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism on permitting road closure to serve the 7th Cross-Country Race with Sacombank for community health in Nghe An province - 2014.

On April 19, 2014, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 1504/UBND - VX with the content of allowing traffic flow and partially blocking the road on Le Nin Avenue - Vinh City (section from the Customs roundabout to the junction with Nguyen Sy Sach Street).
