(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 4, election team No. 4, including delegates Major General Tran Huu Tuat - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4 and Ms. Le Thi Tam - President of the Provincial Women's Union, had a meeting with voters of Thanh Hung commune, Thanh Chuong.

At the meeting with voters, after the announcement of the expected agenda of the 6th session of the 13th National Assembly, scheduled to be held in October, presented by Mr. Tran Huu Tuat, many voters frankly reflected their thoughts and suggestions. Voters hope that cadres and people need to further promote "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh", especially in "following". Voters hope that doctors and nurses in hospitals and medical centers need to have a warm, polite and dedicated attitude towards people when they come to see a doctor; commune and district cadres need to be more diligent in resolving policies and regimes for the people. Voters also believe that the waste of public assets is still happening in the province, among cadres at all levels, and measures need to be taken to rectify it. Ministries and branches need to consider, survey and research carefully when issuing regulations suitable to reality.

Up to this point, the commune has 1,500 people without land, the Land Law under Decree 64 is no longer suitable, voters want the State to adjust the land redistribution. The land conversion revenue under Decision No. 800 leaves the commune 70%, but in reality the commune only receives 30%. Voters request that the pilot communes in the new rural construction period 2010 - 2015 receive 90% of the funding from this revenue source, because the Government's support of 250 million VND for each commune implementing the new rural construction program is too low, unable to invest in building infrastructure to meet the criteria for new rural construction.
