The training program aims to help participants understand the regulations on implementing emulation and reward work in their units and localities.
Accordingly, rewards must be based on conditions, standards and achievements, it is not necessary to have a lower level of reward to be rewarded at a higher level;
Do not give many forms of rewards for one achievement. Focus on rewarding small groups and individuals who are directly involved in labor, production, study, work, or combat and combat service.

Participants in the training program will learn about the scope of regulation, applicable subjects and principles of rewards; forms, content and responsibilities in organizing emulation; forms and standards of rewards.
In addition, participating in the training session, members were also informed about the reward objects. When there are many individuals and groups that meet the conditions and standards, female individuals or groups with a female ratio of 70% or more will be selected for reward consideration.

In case the retirement age is set higher than the working time (the subject is a manager who no longer holds a position but still participates in work in the agency or unit), the time holding the position to consider rewarding the contribution process is implemented according to general regulations, that is, he/she is still considered for rewarding when no longer holding a management position.
