Officials and reporters of Nghe An Newspaper offer incense to General Vo Nguyen Giap

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 11, a group of officials, reporters and staff of Nghe An Newspaper arrived atOffering incense and flowers in memory of General Vo Nguyen Giap at the General's altarat the headquarters of the provincial military command.

Here, Editor-in-Chief Pham Thi Hong Toan and comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee, Editorial Board, Trade Union and representatives of departments and offices of Nghe An Newspaper respectfully offered incense, expressing their respect and infinite sorrow for the great General, the Elder Brother of the Vietnam People's Army, an outstanding military man and a genius journalist.

Leaders, reporters and staff of Nghe An Newspaper respectfully offered incense and flowers to the spirit of General Vo Nguyen Giap.

Following the General's example of dedication to the national revolutionary cause and the people, the collective of cadres, reporters and employees of Nghe An Newspaper vow to strive and devote themselves to contributing to the economic and social development of the province, worthy of being the mouthpiece and voice of the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province.

Before the spirit of General - great military man, outstanding journalist Vo Nguyen Giap, Comrade Editor-in-Chief Pham Thi Hong Toan, on behalf of the cadres, reporters and staff of Nghe An Newspaper, vows to do her best to be worthy of the responsibility entrusted by the Party and people.

Previously, the delegation of Nghe An Newspaper also went to Hanoi to pay their respects to General Vo Nguyen Giap at his private home. On October 12, at the office of Nghe An Newspaper, an altar will be set up for officials, reporters, staff as well as people around the office to burn incense and pay their respects to the General.
