(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the cooperation program between the Courts of Nghe An and Xieng Khouang provinces, this morning, July 25, a delegation of Xieng Khouang Provincial People's Court officials led by Comrade Tong Xong Bua Sy Nhenh Ma - Chief Justice visited and exchanged work experiences with officials of Nghe An Provincial People's Court. Receiving and working with the delegation were Comrade Pham Van Ha - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, and many officials of the Provincial People's Court.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed the socio-economic development situation of each province and the results of the Court's work. The two sides also frankly exchanged experiences in adjudication, focusing on civil and family issues, specifically cases related to land disputes, inheritance disputes, etc.; issues related to adjudication of cases involving foreign nationals, and contacting relatives of foreign nationals participating in the trial. Also at the meeting, officials of the Xieng Khouang Provincial People's Court exchanged experiences in implementing regional first-instance courts, which Nghe An has not yet applied...

At the end of the working session, on behalf of the provincial court staff, comrade Pham Van Ha thanked the Xieng Khouang provincial court staff for their visit and work.
