Speaking at the meeting, voters expressed concerns about a number of issues surrounding the implementation of Decree 67/CP, specifically the model of fishing vessels (capture and seine) and the unit price given by the management agency are not suitable (including counterpart capital and bank loan interest) and are too high compared to the conditions of fishermen; when compared with investment in building new vessels by fishermen in the area, the unit price given by the state is too different, making it difficult for people to access capital; there is a mechanism for fishermen to support loans more practically and effectively, only need a model of 6-7 billion VND, in which the state supports fishermen to mortgage 60%, people 40%; improve the mortgage mechanism to borrow bank loans more conveniently because notarization procedures are still too cumbersome; the Labor sector's settlement of preferential subsidies for soldiers who enlisted after April 30, 1975 until the border war (demobilized) is not really favorable; Consider lowering the age of receiving benefits from 80 to 75; consider promptly resolving the pension regime for relatives of meritorious people and deceased retirees; many corruption cases reported by the press have not been reviewed or handled as voters wish; there needs to be a more substantive mechanism for evaluating and classifying the quality of civil servants.... |
