(Baonghean.vn) - A serious traffic accident on the night of October 4 broke a section of the railing on the Giang River suspension bridge. Authorities temporarily used bamboo to fence it off to warn traffic participants.

While the police were investigating the scene, the authorities were on duty to regulate traffic and vehicles passing through the Giang River suspension bridge.
