Due to the terrain characteristics of the relocation site, the land plots are arranged in different layers and levels. According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Hieu - a construction technical officer of Dai Nam Company, the resettlement area is located in a soil location with a large amount of rock and level 4 soil, so it takes a lot of time to process. In addition, the weather in Ky Son is rainy, causing the risk of landslides and slippery roads, so construction must often be stopped, slowing down the progress by about 50% since the beginning of 2024 until now.
