Every time vehicles pass through the construction section of Highway 534, Quan Hanh - Cho Son (Nghi Loc), dust flies up and spreads into the residential areas on both sides of the road. To deal with this pollution, some households have bought tarpaulins and plastic sheets to block the dust. Many households have bought pumps and nozzles to water the road surface every day. Although this method cannot completely limit the dust, thanks to it, the environment has been improved a lot.

(Baonghean) -Every time vehicles pass through the construction section of Highway 534, Quan Hanh - Cho Son (Nghi Loc), dust flies up and spreads into the residential areas on both sides of the road. To deal with this pollution, some households have bought tarpaulins and plastic sheets to block the dust. Many households have bought pumps and nozzles to water the road surface every day. Although this method cannot completely limit the dust, thanks to it, the environment has been improved a lot.

However, there is a group of people who behave in a negative way. That is, spreading boulders, throwing other obstacles such as garbage bags, tree branches, and barbed wire on the road surface to slow down vehicles to reduce dust pollution on some sections of hamlets 15, 17, and 13 of Nghi Trung commune. There have been cases where passersby who objected were assaulted by the people spreading the boulders. Mr. Cao Xuan So - who lives on Highway 534 in hamlet 17 of Nghi Trung commune said: Spreading boulders on the road is very dangerous, causing many traffic accidents, including his wife.

The situation of spreading rocks on Provincial Road 534, Quan Hanh - Cho Son section, causes traffic obstruction.

It is known that some individuals spread rocks and put obstacles on the road surface not only to slow down vehicles and reduce road dust, but also to put pressure on the district government to speed up the construction progress. Nghi Trung Commune People's Committee has issued a notice regulating administrative penalties for violators. However, after two months of issuing the notice, rock spreading still occurs regularly, the commune government has not yet caught and handled a single case. According to Mr. Tran Hai Duong - Vice Chairman of Nghi Trung Commune People's Committee: Some people often take advantage of the late night to spread rocks and place other obstacles on the road, making it difficult to patrol, detect and handle.

While the 534 road section is being upgraded, local authorities need to encourage households to actively fight dust. At the same time, measures must be taken to deal with individuals who deliberately spread rocks and place obstacles on the road, to soon end the unsafe traffic situation on this road section.
