Need to stop rolling scrap beer cans on Highway 46!
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of July 19, on National Highway 46 (near the intersection turning to Que Noi, Kim Lien Commune, Nam Dan District), a household that buys scrap metal dumped beer cans onto the road and used a truck (License plate: 37N-9803) to continuously turn around and crush them.

The roadway is occupied by more than 1/3 and is right on a curve, so it is very dangerous for road users. In this area, there is a bus stop, so the density of people is higher, the roadway is narrow, the truck that ran over the beer can kept turning around and going back and forth continuously, making this road always a potential risk of accidents.
Neighboring residents said that every month, when they have purchased enough cans, the homeowner uses the roadway of National Highway 46 to crush scrap.
We request local authorities and relevant agencies to eliminate this situation to ensure traffic safety and beauty of the road leading to Uncle Ho's hometown.
