(Baonghean) -Overcoming all difficulties, hardships, and lack of material and equipment for work, the mobile information and art teams (VNTTLĐ) have truly brought joy and attractive spiritual "food" to people in rural, mountainous and remote areas.

Mr. Tran Hung Minh - Captain of the Labor Information Arts Team, Nam Dan District Cultural Center, said: "In the past time, the Center's VNTTLĐ team has directly served the people in the entire district with nearly 40 shows with many different forms: singing, dancing, adapting folk songs, singing Vi Phuong Vai through skits to propagate the policies and guidelines of the State and the Party to the people in the form of dramatization. Although the team only has 6 members, they still ensure everything from the script to the musical instruments and direction. Although they have been working in the profession for more than ten years, every time they perform for the people of the communes, all the team members feel nervous and emotional, as if they were standing on stage for the first time. In addition to the district's VNTTLĐ team, up to now, in 24 communes and towns of Nam Dan, there are commune-level mass arts teams (operating seasonally). This is the core force participating in propagating the policies, guidelines and policies of the Party. and the State.

Inheriting and promoting the effectiveness of the wartime mobile information art teams, currently 20 districts, cities and towns in our province have mobile information art teams under the Cultural and Information Centers of districts, cities and towns. And almost 100% of communes, wards and towns have also formed mass art teams and are operating quite vigorously. The mobile information art teams have contributed an important part to the work of serving the propaganda of political tasks, policies and guidelines of the Party and State, improving the spiritual life of the people, especially the people in mountainous districts and remote areas. Members selected for the mobile information art team must ensure the following factors: enthusiasm, health and multi-talent in all genres. That means they are both actors and loudspeakers, banner and slogan painters...

Through folk songs and self-written plays, people are aware of the dangers of drugs, HIV/AIDS, and understand family planning/reproductive health care... And through that, people understand the concern of all levels and sectors for the people in the highlands, who still face many difficulties. The joy of the villagers is the driving force for the mobile information and art troupes to firmly stick with their profession.

The effectiveness is clear but there are still many difficulties. The Party and the State have not had any specific policies for the information art teams, which are "self-generated and self-sustaining" by the district cultural centers, lacking in facilities, operating equipment such as lighting, loudspeakers, service vehicles, costumes and especially funding to build quality scripts, with very low compensation levels... The art core in the districts and communes is very abundant and rich, but sadly we do not have policies to motivate them in a timely manner. Although every year the provincial Cultural and Sports Center organizes competitions and performances of various types (short plays, comedy plays, information plays...) to encourage, motivate, exchange and learn between mobile information art teams in the whole province, and build a standard information art model to increasingly improve the quality and effectiveness of the VNTTLĐ teams, it still seems like "a drop in the ocean".

Performance allowances for propagandists are implemented according to the following regulations: allowances for main roles in mobile performance programs range from 15,000 to 30,000 VND/session. Allowances for propagandists playing the remaining roles serving the mobile performance program range from 10,000 to 20,000 VND/session. Propagandists in the mobile information teams when practicing to develop new programs are entitled to the same training allowance of 10,000 VND/practice session. The maximum training allowance for a new performance program for a propagandist in the TTLĐ teams is 50,000 VND. (According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism).
