(Baonghean.vn) -Implementing the program of meeting voters before the 11th session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVI, 2011 - 2016, on the afternoon of June 16, comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, delegate of the Provincial People's Council had a meeting with voters of Nghi Hai ward, Cua Lo town. Also participating in the meeting with voters were delegates of the People's Council of Cua Lo town.

Provincial and municipal People's Council delegates listened to voters' opinions and suggestions.

At the meeting, comrade Le Xuan Dai reported to voters on the expected program and content of the 11th session of the Provincial People's Council and the implementation of the socio-economic development plan for the first 6 months of the year and the tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2014. Many voters expressed their excitement and confidence that despite difficult conditions, the province's economic growth in the first 6 months of the year was still good, culture and society had made much progress; national defense and security were maintained. Voters also shared their concerns about China's aggressive actions and violations of sovereignty in Vietnam's territorial waters and exclusive economic zones at sea, while expressing solidarity and determination to protect the sovereignty of the Fatherland's seas and islands.

Some voters are interested in suggesting that the province and the town soon have a policy to implement the Government's 16,000 billion VND package to support fishermen to build ships to go offshore to develop the marine economy, participating in protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland. At the same time, the province needs to have more positive policies to exploit the marine economy effectively, contributing to the economic development of coastal localities such as Nghi Hai ward, contributing to hunger eradication, poverty reduction, and job creation. Pay attention to finding solutions to create jobs for university and college graduates so as not to waste the State and people's money in training. Voters recommend that the province and the town pay attention to building processes, roadmaps and issuing mechanisms and policies for Cua Lo to become a coastal tourism city in the near future.
