Voters also suggested that the National Assembly and the State should have regulations on the time for poor households to escape poverty, because in reality, many poor households in the locality still have a procrastination mindset and do not want to escape poverty to receive support from the State; prioritize vocational training and job creation for workers in remote areas, support the conversion of crop and livestock structures; have incentive policies for village elders and village chiefs to further develop their abilities. At the same time, voters also suggested paying more attention to resolving policies for people with revolutionary contributions; implementing support for poor students on time because it is currently slow.
