After listening to Comrade Pham Van Tan report on the results of the 8th meeting of the 13th National Assembly, voters of the communes warmly welcomed the National Assembly for resolving and concluding many issues of concern to voters and people. In addition, voters also raised a number of opinions and recommendations to the National Assembly delegation of Nghe An province. In addition to the shortcomings in verifying and resolving policies for meritorious subjects, voters of the 4 communes also raised questions about priority policies for mountainous communes, policies for commune cadres and commune police. Laws and procedures for land conversion, conversion of land use purposes, granting of land ownership rights; investment in new rural construction, renovation of administrative facilities and irrigation infrastructure; cooperatives handing over power grids; sanctions for collecting and reinvesting road maintenance fees, and quality of health services are also areas with many shortcomings that voters have reflected.

Comrade Phan Dinh Trac, on behalf of the National Assembly Delegation, received and explained the above recommendations from voters. In addition to a number of issues arising from implementation and under the authority of local authorities, he acknowledged that there are still some shortcomings in policies and preferential treatment for subjects and localities. This is an issue that the National Assembly has, is and will continue to receive to pay attention to and overcome. In order for the decisions issued by the National Assembly to be put into practice, there needs to be proactive and serious implementation at all levels, departments and local branches as well as the attention, monitoring and feedback of voters and people.
