The Party Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office also provide quality advice on the rotation, transfer, promotion, appointment, reappointment, and nomination of cadres under the management of the Party Committee.

The Party's inspection and supervision work has been advised with many innovations, including organizing inspections of party organizations and party members with signs of violations "at all levels" with inspections at the grassroots level, while focusing on reviewing and urging the handling of conclusions after inspections, audits, inspections, and supervisions...

At the meeting, leaders of some Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office also raised issues and requested the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to continue to focus on better leadership and direction.

Of particular concern is enhancing the leadership role of Party committees at all levels in handling citizens' complaints and denunciations; proactively grasping the situation and effectively handling arising issues, contributing to maintaining security and order.

On the other hand, the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee need to orient and unify the policy of merging communes, wards, blocks and hamlets; because currently at the grassroots level there is a feeling of concern, affecting the general movement of localities...

Concluding the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary Nguyen Xuan Son highly appreciated the efforts and attempts in the advisory work of the Party Building Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office to meet the requirements of close and timely leadership and direction of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in the second quarter.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized the requirement for the Party Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office to continue to pay attention to leading and directing the dissemination, study and implementation of the Party's policies and resolutions in a more practical and effective manner; focusing on Resolutions of the 7th, 6th and 4th Central Committees (term XII) of the Party and Directive No. 05 of the Politburo.

Raising many practical issues, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son also noted that the Provincial Party Committees and Offices must focus on propaganda and direction combined with inspection and supervision of the implementation of the Party's guidelines and resolutions and the State's policies and laws in practice; thereby contributing to promoting the implementation of the province's general socio-economic development tasks; at the same time, promptly detecting shortcomings and difficulties in the leadership and direction process to propose remedies as well as propose new policies.

At the same time, the Provincial Party Committees and Offices also need to take care of building grassroots party organizations, including taking care of training and fostering a team of Party committee officials with good professional capacity and action capacity, and focusing on developing Party members, supplementing the Party's strength at the grassroots level, especially in special areas, private enterprises, and joint-stock enterprises; on the other hand, it is necessary to improve the quality of Party activities.

Regarding security and order work, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son requested that the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Offices grasp and proactively advise on timely handling of issues, avoiding passivity and complexity; along with that, focusing on disseminating the Law on Cyber ​​Security so that organizations and individuals can fully and accurately understand it, avoiding being exploited to incite and cause instability in social order and safety in the area.

Regarding the merger of communes, wards, blocks and hamlets, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son said that to implement this policy, it is necessary to review the reality, from there build a plan, have a process, roadmap and take cautious steps.
