Just express your wishes. |
After listening to the report of comrade Phan Trung Ly, voters of Quynh Luu district had many opinions as follows: It is necessary to continue investing to soon complete the sea dike in the Bai Ngang area; the state needs to provide more support for the new rural program; some people with meritorious services and war invalids but have lost their papers so they cannot apply for benefits, it is recommended that the Government pay attention to investing in loan capital to build larger and faster iron-hulled ships. Quynh Luu has a huge demand for building offshore fishing boats, but the number approved for loans only meets 1/3 of the current demand. The situation of oversized and overloaded vehicles damaging all inter-district and inter-commune roads, it is necessary to have synchronous measures, strengthen supervision, prevention and handling; administrative reform still has many shortcomings and low efficiency; road maintenance fees are not reasonable, road fees for motorbikes should be abolished, and fees for trucks should be increased; there are still many wrongful convictions in the prosecution, it is necessary to introduce a camera surveillance system to monitor the prosecution process of cases. Bank credit activities lend too short term is not enough for business operations.
