Need to handle car washes along the national highway in Dien Hong commune (Dien Chau)

(Baonghean.vn) -On National Highway 1A, north of Cau Loi Bridge (in Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district), there are many spontaneous car washes located close to the active road corridor.

Here, car wash services, animal bathing, oil change services, etc. not only discharge wastewater onto the road, but also frequently cause local traffic jams.

On the morning of April 2, 2013, we witnessed dozens of trucks and passenger cars turning around to enter the washing area, then backing out… creating a chaotic scene. Other cars and motorbikes traveling on National Highway 1A had to honk their horns loudly, trying to move forward step by step because of the traffic jam.
