Nghe An is also one of the localities with a high number of railway fatalities because there are nearly 200 civilian level crossings in the area. However, in addition to accidents at civilian level crossings, grazing buffalo and cows on Cau Giat station and the phenomenon of many traffic participants arbitrarily climbing over fences and barriers when trains are approaching are also "potential" causes of railway traffic accidents that we need to warn "SOS" at a high level.
