On the afternoon of June 2, Mr. Bui Thanh Nghi, Director of the Viet Yen District Medical Center, Bac Giang Province, said that the disciplinary council had issued a warning to Ms. NTTT (a medical staff member of the Tang Tien Commune Medical Station) for violating regulations on the duties of cadres, civil servants, and public employees, causing serious consequences. When she contacted nurse T. to inquire about her brother's health, Ms. H. was asked to pay 12 million VND so that her brother could be taken to a clean place with good conditions and as soon as possible for treatment. After that, Ms. H. realized she had been scammed and posted a complaint.
