Warning and fine of 10 million VND to HA.GL match organizers for 'breaking the field'
After a meeting on the afternoon of January 7, the VFF Disciplinary Board decided to warn and fine the HA.GL Club's match organizers 10 million VND for allowing spectators to invade the field during the match against Sanna Khanh Hoa BVN in round 1 of V.League 2015.

Specifically, according to Decision No. 01/QD-LĐBĐVN, the VFF Disciplinary Board: "Warning and fine 10,000,000 VND(ten million VND) against the Organizing Committee of the match of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club for violating Clause 1, Article 68 "Violation of organization"Disciplinary regulations of the Vietnam Football Federation in the match between Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club and Sanna Khanh Hoa BVN Football Club in the first round, January 4, 2015 at Pleiku Stadium.
Head of VFF Disciplinary Board Nguyen Hai Huong said: "In the Disciplinary BoardNo one said this was a broken yard., the audience all had tickets and were very orderly. Of course, the organizers' decision to let the audience into the stadium was wrong, but this was a temporary solution.
The number of tickets issued, the stadium's organizers cannot manage the number of spectators entering the stadium. We request that in the coming time, the Gia Lai stadium's organizers must manage the number of spectators entering the stadium, the number of tickets issued and control the situation of fake tickets."
According to the head of the VFF Disciplinary Board, Nguyen Hai Huong, if you make a mistake, you must be disciplined, but this is the first match of the season so there are definitely many problems, especially in the organization. This can be considered a mitigating circumstance.
"The audience caused the organizers to be disciplined,partly because the audience was too crowded. We gave the right sentence to the right person, the right nature and behavior, we cannot say it was heavy or light. After the match, the coach of Sanna Khanh Hoa team also affirmed that the loss was due to professional skills, not pressure from the audience."
Article 68. Violations of organizational work Clause 1:Match organizers who allow spectators to spill onto the track or onto the field before, during and after the match will be warned and may be fined at least 10,000,000 VND, depending on the severity of the violation. If the match cannot be held within 30 minutes, the match organizer will be warned and fined from 15,000,000 VND to 25,000,000 VND, and the home team will be considered to have lost to the away team with a score of 0-3 (if the home team loses by more, the score will remain the same). |
