At the "training room", we met many people who were in the multi-level marketing and insurance business, most of them were students. According to our research, there are currently 24 people who specialize in presentations. Through the training sessions, we realized: here people are encouraged to buy as many booths as possible, meaning to deposit as much money as possible, and whether or not to sell products is not important, the goal is to become VIP 2, VIP 3. The "training" materials are poor. No boards, no books, just her and a piece of A4 paper, when asked how to attract more people, "she" revealed: study two more sessions. Empty booths:

Opened the "pet and ornamental plant products" booth and saw two booths for sale online, each for 3.7 million VND. One booth had 2 pretty puppies, I called to order but the seller said they were sold out.

I don't understand why many people spend 5.2 million VND to open a booth when there are no products to sell. Moreover, if the "teacher" said that buying goods will get the original price, but looking at the age of the members, most of them are students, housewives, freelancers, the products they introduce are also products they buy from others, not the manufacturer, so the original price is an illusion. According to the "teacher"'s introduction, the company currently has 80,000 booths, with 30,000 members nationwide.

Ms. Le Thu Huyen, a teacher, shared: The purpose is to buy and sell products online, but members only focus on introducing new people to become VIP, but they can't find any sign of accessing the website muaban24.vn and managing the store. Those who come later support those who come earlier, most of the people who want to join want to develop the community but they themselves are not necessarily fond of muabanonline. This type of e-commerce is not likely to last long, negatively affecting the e-commerce that the State is supporting. Mr. Tran Van Thanh (Hung Loc - Vinh City) said: "After I heard the introduction for a few sessions, I saw a problem, so I reported to the authorities to investigate whether the company is trustworthy, whether the rights of participants are guaranteed? If the website breaks down, what will happen to the rights of the payers?".

Through the company's strange presentation, the high reward for those who attract many people into the system, the way of being alert to people entering, checking phones, recording... we think there is something not transparent here... Besides, the business here is in the form of multi-level but in the business registration of this branch there is no such field. This branch has been operating since November 2011 with 22 business fields (organization of trade introduction and promotion, restaurants, food services, road transport, wholesale of beverages, information technology services, trading of electronic components and equipment...) but up to now there has been no value added tax.
