Be careful with university admission notices
At this time, candidates taking the 2012 university entrance exam have received countless acceptance letters sent home. What is puzzling is that even those who failed the exam still received acceptance letters.
Schools you've never heard of…
With a score of 10.5 in 3 subjects of Block A, Thu H (Hai Duong) sadly accepted losing the opportunity to become a student of the University of Social Labor. While still not over her sadness, H continuously received letters from many schools sent by post to her home address, in the envelope was an admission notice from a strange university or college that H had never heard of. The notice clearly stated H's full name, date of birth, test scores of 3 subjects, time and place of study and the amount of money that needed to be paid upon enrollment.
“Although I have not registered for NV2 or NV3, I have received 6 admission notices since I got my exam results. Many schools have the same major as my NV1, which is Accounting, but there are also schools that have nothing to do with the major I applied for.”

Showing the admission notice to her neighbor who is a student at the Banking Academy, H was told by her that the schools that sent the admission notices to candidates were universities and colleges (both public and private) that had just opened or had just been licensed to provide joint training. However, in the envelopes sent back, the schools all introduced themselves attractively, such as: Guaranteed training quality, reputable teaching staff, modern facilities, preferential policies for children of policy families, opportunities to study in conjunction with prestigious schools at home and abroad, opening up the prospect that after finishing school, the school will immediately solve the problem of employment or the opportunity to study abroad...
Want to go to school at all costs
Some teenagers, after being certain that they failed the university entrance exam, received acceptance letters from many schools and felt like they had "found a bargain" because they still had a chance to go to university.
Bui Thi T (Ninh Binh) failed the entrance exam to the Faculty of Literature Pedagogy - Hanoi National University of Education but still wanted to go to school, although she was not very interested in the majors that the schools sent her admission letters to. She wanted to go to school this year simply because "All her friends have gone to school, it's sad to stay home. When her parents see her, they sigh. It's been a long year." T closed her eyes and went to school... temporarily, then if it's okay, she'll study, if it's not okay, she'll retake the exam next year!
Sharing the same mindset as Bui Thi T, Hanh P (Yen Bai) also plans to study at a school that has received an admission notice and has chosen a suitable major. However, she and her family are worried about the tuition fee of this school. “If compared to going to a secondary school, this tuition fee is really too high. Moreover, studying at this school takes 4 years, but if I study at a secondary school, it will probably only take 2 years to have accounting skills” – Hanh P said.

Be alert!
It is legitimate to want to go to school under any circumstances, but it is important that you make the right choice for yourself.
The reality is that these schools are all newly opened and are in need of “sweeping” candidates, so remember to clearly verify what the school introduces. There are even cases where these schools take advantage of the reputation of a famous school to recruit students. And above all, you need to know that, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, schools do not send NV2 admission notices to candidates who do not submit NV2 admission application documents to the school.
