Heat oil in a pan over high heat, add the lily flowers and stir-fry briefly, then add the eggs and onion, simmer over low heat until cooked through, serve hot. Uses: Clears the lungs, relieves cough, moisturizes and nourishes the skin.
Crucian carp and lily flowers: 25g fresh lily flowers, 2 crucian carp (500g), vegetable oil, fresh ginger, wine, and seasonings to taste. Trim the lily petals and wash them. Clean the crucian carp, removing the internal organs. Heat vegetable oil in a pan until very hot, then fry the crucian carp briefly. Add enough water, lily flowers, and seasonings, then simmer over low heat until cooked. Serve hot. Uses: Strengthens the spleen, replenishes qi, calms the mind and soothes the nerves.
Additionally, patients with insomnia can use the following decoction: 15g of lily bulb, 15g of sour jujube seed, and 9g of Polygala root. Or 15g of lily bulb and 6g of Anemarrhena rhizome, decocted and drunk.
