"According to a tip-off from intelligence agencies, we arrested Abu Hamza, a member of the Indian Islamic Fundamentalist Guerrilla Group, at the Indira Gandhi International Airport when he arrived in New Delhi from the Gulf on June 22. He is an Indian national and is believed to have gone to Pakistan to train personnel for the Mumbai terror attacks," the official said.

Hamza is also wanted in connection with other attacks in India, including the 2010 Chinnaswamy Stadium attack in Bangalore and several terror attacks in Gujarat.
