Coast Guard arrests man carrying 2 kg of crystal meth to sell

(Baonghean.vn) - Nguyen Duc Huynh was arrested while holding 2kg of crystal meth in front of the gate of the Provincial General Hospital waiting to deliver it to a customer.

At around 10:00 p.m. on December 27, in front of the gate of the Provincial General Hospital of Friendship (Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City), the Anti-Drug Crime Task Force No. 2 - Vietnam Coast Guard identified a subject on the way to transport drugs, so they closed the siege, controlled and arrested him.

The seized evidence was a rectangular cardboard box containing 2 kg of crystal meth. The subject stated his name was Nguyen Duc Huynh (born in 1989, residing in Tien Phong commune, Que Phong district).

Currently, the Drug Crime Prevention Task Force No. 2 is completing the case file to handle the subject according to the provisions of law.

Previously, at around 3:30 p.m. on December 25, at Hamlet 7, Cam Minh Commune, Cam Xuyen District (Ha Tinh), the Anti-Drug Crime Task Force No. 2 - Coast Guard, in coordination with Ha Tinh Police, arrested Tran Thi Hoa (born in 1972, residing in Bao Thanh, Yen Thanh District) while transporting 3 heroin cakes, 85 million VND in cash and 2 mobile phones.
