Nghe An Traffic Police handle alcohol concentration within closed time frames, working through Tet
With the motto of "no restricted areas, no exceptions", Traffic Police units in charge of routes and areas will deploy working groups to check alcohol concentration throughout all time frames, closing off areas from the first day to the last day of the Lunar New Year.
According to the Traffic Police Department (Nghe An Police), the Lunar New Year is also a time when the risk of traffic accidents increases, because many people, due to subjectivity or lack of awareness, use alcohol and beer and then participate in traffic, leading to unfortunate incidents. These violations not only pose a potential threat to the lives of traffic participants but also affect social order and safety.

To deal with this situation, the Traffic Police will maintain working groups to check alcohol levels and handle violations 24/7, without missing any time frame or area. The working groups will also focus on handling speeding violations, as this is one of the leading causes of serious traffic accidents.
Traffic participants need to be clearly aware that, even during the Tet holiday, complying with traffic regulations, especially controlling alcohol concentration and speed, not only protects themselves but also protects those around them.

All of the above efforts are aimed at the common goal of ensuring a safe and happy Tet holiday for people, while preventing risks and accidents that may occur while participating in traffic.
