Born August 5, 1929 in Mai Hung, Quynh Luu, Nghe Tinh (now Mai Hung ward, Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province).

First Class Medal of Resistance Against America

Formerly: Police officer of Nghe Tinh province; member of the four-party joint military delegation; Party cell member of Can Tho City; District Party committee member, Chief of Police of Quynh Luu district, Nghe Tinh province; Security expert in Cambodia; Ministry of Public Security officer protecting President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Passed away at 10:15 a.m. on February 24, 2015 (January 6, At Mui year). At the age of 87.

The funeral will be held at the home from 6:00 a.m. on February 25, 2015 (January 7, Year of the Goat).

The funeral procession will be held at 1:30 p.m. on February 25, 2015.

Burial at local cemetery, Mai Hung ward, Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province.
