Formerly: Police officer of Nghe Tinh province; member of the Four-Party Joint Military Delegation; Party cell member of Can Tho City Area; District Party committee member, Chief of Police of Quynh Luu district, Nghe Tinh province; Security expert in Cambodia; Ministry of Public Security officer protecting President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
Passed away at 10:15 a.m. on February 24, 2015 (January 6, At Mui year). Aged 87.
The funeral will be held at the residence from 6:00 a.m. on February 25, 2015 (January 7, Year of the Goat).
The funeral procession was held at 1:30 p.m. on February 25, 2015.
