Update information... "every other day"!
(Baonghean) A retired cadre who was "crazy" about information often went to his neighbor's house, the party cell secretary, to "freely" read the party newspaper.
The newspaper has a lot of practical and interesting daily information, but somehow the information is often interrupted... "every other day", the most frustrating thing is when following investigative articles published in installments or current affairs that require continuous information, the next issue cannot be found to read. So the retired cadre has to update information in an erratic manner, one day there is, the next day there is not. When asking the Party cell secretary, the answer is that the newspaper is delivered by the postman every two days, only one copy at a time, even though it is a daily newspaper (?!).
It turns out that this commune has been "innovative" and "economical" by having 12 Party cells in the commune, 6 of which subscribe to newspapers on even days, and the other 6 on odd days. They take turns "every other day"... subscribing to daily newspapers; the lack of information and the fluctuation of information are not important!
So, what is important to the leaders of that commune? That is, the postman is also "healthy" because he does not have to deliver newspapers, the cost of buying newspapers is "economical", and the achievements are also "okay" because there are party newspapers in all branches! The only problem is the awareness of the commune leaders when they take lightly the updating of information and buy newspapers in a perfunctory way, not strictly implementing the directive on buying and using newspapers and magazines of the Party. Daily newspapers are topical, highly discussing issues that arise every day. Not reading newspapers leads to lack of information, but updating information incompletely leads to misunderstanding of the issue and thus, in addition to limiting the awareness of cadres and party members, it also greatly affects the leadership and direction role of the grassroots party organization.
This phenomenon needs to be corrected and rectified promptly.
