"Golden boy" Maradona has found a new destination
After a long time of thinking, football legend Diego Maradona decided to choose Al Wasl club of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as his new destination.
Since leaving the Argentina national team, this temperamental coach has not received any offers to lead any team, although there was information that he would go to the Premier League, but all of that was just a rumor.

However, in a new announcement published by AP, Diego Maradona has agreed to sign a contract to lead UAE club Al Wasl for a period of two years.
An announcement from Al Wasl said: "Al-Wasl is honored to announce the appointment of Maradona as head coach of the team. He will lead the team for the next two seasons." However, Al-Wasl did not disclose the cost of this contract.
The source also said the contract took place earlier than expected after the strategist visited Al-Wasl's training facility and headquarters last Saturday.
Before becoming head coach of Al Wasl, the "golden boy" had led a number of clubs such as Deportivo Mandiyu, Racing Club and the Argentina national team.
As expected, Diego Maradona will officially take charge at Al Wasl next July.
