Hanoi Police Club borrows young goalkeeper of Song Lam Nghe An to play in V-League

After returning young defender Ho Van Cuong to Song Lam Nghe An football team, entering the 2024/2025 season, Hanoi Police continued to borrow young goalkeeper Chu Van Tan.

The reason why the Police team borrowed Chu Van Tan is because according to the V-League 2024/2025 Regulations, each club participating in the tournament must have 3 players under 23 years old. Therefore, borrowing this goalkeeper is a very suitable step for the Hanoi Police Club. That not only helps the Police team meet the tournament's regulations, but also effectively strengthens the defense.

Thus, with the appearance of young goalkeeper Song Lam Nghe An, next season Hanoi Police Club will have 3 goalkeepers including: Nguyen Filip, Patrick Le Giang and Chu Van Tan.

Chu Van Tan, born in 2003, is a goalkeeper who grew up in the Nghe An youth football training center. In 2023, as the main "goalkeeper", Chu Van Tan and the Song Lam Nghe An U21 Team won the runner-up position in the National U21 tournament.

After the success in that tournament, Chu Van Tan was loaned by Kon Tum Club to compete in the 2023 National Second Division. Although he could not help the team get promoted, Chu Van Tan personally left many impressions in the eyes of the audience as well as experts.

Chu Van Tan is considered a goalkeeper with relatively stable performance, confidence, and good ability to judge situations. He not only plays the role of guarding the goal, but also regularly adjusts and directs the home team's defense against lightning counterattacks from the opponent.

Entering the 2024/2025 season, in addition to the departure of goalkeeper Van Tien, Song Lam Nghe An still has many other talents such as Van Viet, Cao Van Binh, Bao Ngoc or Huu Hau.
