Hai Dang Charity Club gives gifts to poor students in Tan Ky

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 8, the Hai Dang volunteer club in Hanoi gave gifts to students at Phu Son Primary School, Tan Ky.

Phu Son is a remote and extremely disadvantaged commune of Tan Ky mountainous district, in which ethnic minorities account for more than 30%. People's lives here still face many difficulties, the commune's poverty rate is the highest in the district at about 31%.

Delegates gave gifts to students.

Currently, Phu Son Primary School has 364 students from grades 1 to 5, and the school's facilities are still lacking.

Understanding that situation, Hai Dang Volunteer Club organized a delegation to give gifts to the students. At the ceremony, the club representative presented 364 new uniforms to 364 students of the school with a total value of more than 60 million VND. This amount was mobilized by the club from businesses and benefactors to donate and support.

This meaningful and practical gift will help students in remote areas of Phu Son reduce difficulties and be an encouragement for them to start the new school year with better studies./.
