Immediately after the Press Conference on the 24th Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth - Children Football Tournament in 2022 and the draw to divide the groups for the participating teams, the Organizing Committee of the tournament conducted an exchange program between the teams, young players with the coaches and players of Song Lam Nghe An Football Club.

Guests participating in the exchange with the teams and young players participating in the 24th Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth - Children's Football Tournament in 2022 are coach Pham Van Quyen - Vietnam Golden Ball in 2003; 2 players Dang Van Lam, Dinh Xuan Tien - Players of Song Lam Nghe An football team, U23 Vietnam national team. These two players both grew up from the Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth - Children's Football Tournament.

At the exchange program, two players Dang Van Lam and Dinh Xuan Tien shared their feelings and memories when participating in the Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth - Children Football Tournament.

Player Dang Van Lam participated in the tournament twice and won the runner-up position with the Do Luong district children's team in 2010. Player Dinh Xuan Tien won the championship with the Nam Dan district children's team in 2014. Both players had words of encouragement for the young players: "Try to constantly practice to develop yourself and succeed."

Coach Pham Van Quyen also shared the secret to becoming a good player, which is “One part talent, nine parts hard work”. Coach Pham Van Quyen hopes that the young players participating in this tournament will compete confidently and boldly demonstrate their abilities.
